DENSOLASTIC®-SU 45
Elastic hardening, vibration damping pouring compound with low shore hardness for rails, bollards and gate valves.

DENSOLASTIC®-SU 45 consists of a pourable, two-component polyurethane-based system that hardens to become elastic. DENSOLASTIC®-SU 45 is frost and de-icing salt resistant. DENSOLASTIC®-SU 45 is ideal for use as an elastic and vibration-damping pouring compound for grooved rails and filled section rails. The material is suitable for light traffic or when greater deflection is required in the system (e.g. as a pouring compound for machine components).
DENSOLASTIC®-SU 45 : Industries and solutions
At the EUGAL pipeline, DENSOLASTIC®-SU 45 is used for the first time with fittings. Up to eight sliding feet per day are grouted with DENSOLASTIC®-SU 45. The Shore hardness of DENSOLASTIC®-SU 45 is relatively low, allowing the product to absorb significant levels of vibration. The material has been successfully deployed in road and railway construction as a pouring compound for tram tracks and insulates against leakage current. The Bremer Straßenbahn AG (Germany) uses it in numerous projects because it has been proven effective in practice.
